right, well, i saw him recently and will be seeing him again shortly. he's still touring and whatnot, plus he's working on his second album release, which will be all originals instead of the originals/covers mix of his debut. he's also doing this Rod Stewart tribute project called 'Simply Rod'. i could be wrong, but i also think that he's still signed with Sony BMG (which wud mean that he's actually laster longer with them than the *winner* of the 2007 X Factor series xD).

Ben was treated pretty poorly in the x factor competition. The x factor is configured to make a s much money for Simon Cowell as quickly as possible. Ben's talent and style did not fit into this commercial mix. Leona Lewis was the best fit for Cowell, not necessarily the best talent...... Pity... Anyway I wish the guy all the best of luck...
