I remember the first time I watched this show and how it helped me adjust from being a nurse-student to becoming a real-life functioning nurse. It gave me that sense of reality and excitement that I could only catch my breath when the commercials cut in and I could only say, "Oh my, I felt so much like I am in the ER, only that I am not on my scrubs." It's even more amazing knowing how they prepare and create every sequence.Everyone's dedication just shows.I love this show! :)

I have always loved the realism of this show and I never get over how very real and believable it is. Watching this, I am deeply impressed by the sheer amount of work and research that goes into brining ER about. The dedication that every single person shows on the show on-screen and off-screen... it is really very admirable. Love what Spielberg said about ER being half documentary half drama.

"You know what, I can't watch this show cuz it's too much like going to work"... that is so cool.

We have got the earliest cast members with the legendary Micheal Crichton and Christopher Chulack and the directors and the property masters and the technical advisers all in this one great interview... which is just mind blowing brilliant. Love Noah rattling off his script lines like that... so cute and funny and totally impressive, love the part about how Clooney writes down his medical lines on the sheets on gurneys. Thanks for the terrific brilliant, spiffying post Martine. It's a keeper =)
