2: That would be the Plagued Proto-drake, a mount that was introduced for meta achievments, for early 10 man WotlK content. (Has been removed)

@yoda1345 It was an achievment unlock from the Glory of the Hero (25), however it was removed from the game shortly after the launch of Trial of the Crusader raid instance.
