With no audio, I'm not sure what is going on here. It's perhaps too fast for anyone that doesn't know the interface (which includes me) and to me it looks like pictures being dragged around for no apparent purpose. Is is a widget making app, or an entire website building tool? Looks like the former.
I have however heard good one or two things about it.
