@iluv10nth tacamo is going to be releasing a magazine conversion kit for some tippman and bt markers. As far as i know they are 100-130 plus around 30 for each mag. But you have to have one of the markers first.
@iluv10nth Not that many mate, there's quite a bit of gun tech going into a dual fed marker, plus if you want it to be reliable, easy to use, no jams etc.. the Tiberious arms T4 I think is dual fed but it's roughly $700 so not your kinda price range, sorry bud, but i think your going to bump up your price range. Is that the BT Omega? That gun is heavy. At least 10-12 pounds with a hopper full of paint, and a CO2/HPA tank on it. Its dead on accurate though and shoots as fast as you can pull the trigger.

@MyGhostie personally I would go wtih a t68. but here is what you gotta know. you closer performance wise to paintball you get the less realistic your gun will look. the closer to you get realistic wise the less performance you are likely to get. this is not an absolute law of the universe as u can get great quality guns that look realistic. but, your safer and more likely to get better qaulity guns with tipmann

barrel is not an ultralight. it is their own version of a "rifled" barrel. it is pretty accurate. you can use air or CO2. I had mine with a q loader but sold the loader and ordered the new Nautilus ammo box (250 balls) .

For paintball all you need is your eyes and ears to be covered. I wear a balaclava, a swat style paintball helmet, and I took my goggles off my mask. That way it's easier to look down the sights plus you look sick

@atechpriest depends on what kind of paintball you are getting yourself into. and best things to get is a speedloader for your hopper. best to get hpa over co2. but ya ur marker consists on what ur lookin to play either speedball or woodsball
@atechpriest Im not 100% sure but you could get a t68 marker at rap4 for 350 i believe or pretty close to it. You just wont have lots of bells and whistles like dot sights or multiple mags etc. if you move up to about 600 you can get a decent set up from their site. But if you want to do typical pb i would just go with a tipman a5
@B3NT210 no. once you have your memory muscles working, the hopper wont affect anything. i play both mag and hopper (2 seperate markers) and the hopper doesnt get in the way.
@brewtalmike when i am using it, i dont feel any recoil. but, when i watched the play back on my gun cam, i could see the cam move slightly up everytime i pulled the trigger on my t68 which wieghs 7lbs. it could have it, but not enough to feel it.
i prefer the t68. but salvo is more user friendly for the noobies who are just starting.
if you are looking at cosmetics, t68 is the way to go. i was thinking aboutbuying the salvo until i saw it. picture looks better then in real life. t68 is much easier cleaning.
its a nice gun and its unique but is the realism really worth the money, you might as well buy any of he us army guns this gun is $475 alpha black $130 plus with every upgrade for the alpha black it would still be cheaper
yea but in the end, its still an alpha black. resale price will be like crap. doesnt matter what you do to the alpha, the t68 is still better.
i for one love the realism on this marker. no air lines, mag, hopper, or mag and hopper. just put on an ar-15 buttstock and cheek riser and also an after market pistol grip by CAA (command arms assessories) on the marker. perfect fit. gonna try the ar-15 handguard next to see if it will also work.

haha. ive shot out guys using hoppers with my mag fed. you just gotta know how to play with it. no hopper hits and no remote line. i can just put a sling on it and throw it on my back. yea, you're limited. so what. saves me money when buying paint.

i agree. ive got the mag fed. its more intense when playing with it. ive also got a mag version too just in case i have the urge to just spray. haha.

@Pull0utBoy Uhmm.. no. That's a nice theory, but with everyone using a hopper, you'd be a moron to bring a mag-fed. That'd be like bringing an 1911 to an AT4 fight.

haha. ive shot out guys using hoppers with my mag fed. you just gotta know how to play with it. no hopper hits and no remote line. i can just put a sling on it and throw it on my back. yea, you're limited. so what. saves me money when buying paint.
its just to damn sexy. dont know if its worth it for you, but damn, sure worth it for me.
