I am 25 and started at competition at 7. I have been doing mma for the last 3 years. none is better than the other it all depends on the person. and ken is a pussy.
My family and i know Frank personally. Frank was the world champion at that time and Ken was also champion in MMA. Ken challenged him because he THAUGHT that he could knock out the world champion and he was saying to the press that Frank has skinny legs. Frank aswered: A horse also has skinny legs but DONT let it kick you....

Most k1 world champions would beat any MMA fighter in k1 rules as is shown here with Ken a legend. and most k1 or thia boxers including myself would have no chance against the submission fighters. but respect to Ken for at least trying , it's not his game his punching is very poor , but he is an MMA legend and a real warrior
@SuperTheJET true but there are a few exeptions, allistar overeem has had some success in k1 and garry goodrich has also won a few fights in k1 also, theres another but i cant think of who it was, they faught alex gong i think a few years back and did really well.
you have two different kind of fighters lobman is a pure striker while ken on his feet isn't useless but is much better on the ground you basically have a submission guy trying to fight a kickboxers fight if it were lobman in a submission match he would be in the same situation ken is in so that right here is a good example of why it's good to be an all arounder much respect to ken and frank and there styles

You can tell that Shamrock wanted to suplex and grapple him in every clinch but it's kickboxing. Shamrock can strike, though he's primarily a wrestler. He's not a pure kickboxer, his kickboxing abilities are mid-grade compared to this other guy.
Half of the kickboxing from Lobman was great...the other half was him constantly wanting to give Shamrock a nice friendly hug!

At the end of the video I do agree with Lobman questioning why Shamrock wanted to challenge him in KickBoxing.
Shamrock is a good kickboxer, but he doesn't train pure kickboxing. He is primarily a grappler but he was a very good MMArtist is his day.
I do think Shamrock done well considering, and in a real fight Shamrock would kick ass, but this is not Shamrocks world, its Lobmans.
People shouldnt doubt Shamrock in his hey-day, but his age caught up with him by about UFC45. Generally speaking.
