That is a Youtube URL code that makes the video HD! You can do quite a lot of things with them. (Also, sometimes the fmt=18 code doesn't work)

IMPORT THE EASIEST WAY:

You could just double click in the empty space of the project box where the video would appear. By doing this you bring up the Import folder. This way is much easier and saves some clicks!
