  • New Hampshire giving out ballots in the names of dead voters

    dailycallerdotcom/2012/01/11/video-nh-poll-workers-shown-handing-out-ballots-in-dead-peoples-names

  • Has there been or will there be a followup to this?

  • I actually feel like voting should be restricted. I think people should have to pass a basic civics test to be able to vote. That wouldn't keep anyone from voting if they actually gave a shit about what they are voting for.

Just a basic question or two would disqualify most people anyways.

  • When asking for their names, you did ask about responsibility, however, you should tell them "On on for the record, under full commercial liability, are you willing to claim etc etc" If they say no, then they can't deny your submission. If they say yes, then you have them on the record commercially liable for denying you. Now they have to prove that your claim is false.

  • facts are facts, why not believe he is homeless? he testifies to this, can anyone testify to him having a home at the time of the video?

what is dishonest is he followed the law to testify to homelessness and bureaucrats declare he is lying by fiat. what factual evidence did they have? they ignored the law based on their intuition and feelings.

  • The guy videotaping you on his camera phone for publishing on his website probably isn't homeless.

  • you don't need a home to have a phone, or website. He could be couch surfing and not have a place to live, and if he has a phone he has internet access, so he most likely has a job to pay for the services but he doesn't need a residence to have these services

  • Except he does have a residence. He is outright lying about this and he can mince and mix words all day long about it and at the end of it all...he has a home. And even if I didn't know this, I recall a video earlier this year of him paying his taxes in one dollar bills, all the while masquerading his stunt by offering a slice of pizza for the poor woman who had to count each and every one of them. Great way to waste the resources he supposedly is so hellbent on saving.

  • Black swan, I know someone who has their mac laptop and was talking to us on Stickam and he was homeless strangely enough.

  • Ok, here's what I don't get here. First let me say that I am a free stater, and I generally stand up for you guys. But you are NOT homeless. Let me get this straight: You swore falsely and lied under penalty of perjury. Isn't that voter fraud? You could be prosecuted for this and they would actually be in the right for doing it. I really don't get the point behind this stunt, and how it relates to liberty. What if they let unregistered "homeless" Obama voters vote? You would throw a fit

  • That is why one signs an affidavit, if the bureaucrats thought he was lying they could go to court and bring their proof.

  • But he did sign an affidavit which means they have to now challenge it in court and not at the voting panel right there. They're most likely all volunteers and need to be informed as to their limitations to the submission process. Which I suspect means unless the affidavit is not filled out and signed they can only reject it then and there. Everything else must be allowed under penalty of law (for them).

  • are you going to do anything about this?

  • Whatever happened to "Equality under the law?"

I see 3 beru-rats who went through the Gun-verment's education system and took it a little to seriously.

    Poor-poor, misguided bureaucrats.

  • I wasn't lying. I was homeless. Was kicked out of the house that morning.

  • Hey, how come I never heard back from you, cop?

  • Why do something like this? I don't see what you're demonstrating except your ability to lie to government people. Seems to me you're just wasting your credibility here.

  • I agree, I believe stunts like this hurt the credibility of the liberty movement.
