  • the best and ever will be is ashraqat nafsi nasheed

  • subhan allah i wanted to here a nasheed and i heard this one when i was a little kid now i here it and inshallah its my ringtone i love this nasheed

  • about music, not all music is haram. The music that is seductive, profain, or that which incites to improper actions is haram. However, the music that is comforting, harmonious or that will increase you to do good things is permissible.

One should not indulge in music or in any habit so much so to ignore one's obligations.

If listening to music keeps you away from the remembrance of Allah, praying on time or from observing your social and family duties, then it is haram for you.

  • first one is a song and not a nasheed

second one is nashed but some ppl say this kind of nasheed is haam

    god knows best

  • yupp! itz not a nasheed:( itz a music!!

    very bad!!

  • Those are songs NOT Nasheeds, but I laughed so much at the second one, Arab Music with English words, it sounded so awkward, hehehe.

  • Brothers ans sisters, Stop adding perception and point of views into FACTS of islam. There is no ( i dont believe ) or ( i believe ) such and such is true or not true. What is halal for us and what is haram for us is Obvious. The brother that is stating that music is Haraam.Do not make such statements without the correct observation.THere are exceptions in islam for singing and listening to nasheeds. 2 the others, stop adding your perspective (eg. i dont believe its haraam).Your thoughts dont count

  • second one is better its acual a nasheed but first one is kind of a nasheed but has lil music in it but thanks for this vid :)

  • Muhammed s.a.v.s. did not praise Abu Bakr for saying this, instead he told Abu Bakr to leave the girls alone(whom he was trying to chase away due to their singing). What Abu Bakr might have meant when he said it wasn't good is the fact that these girls were singing of a battle and glorifying one side in the battle which isn't really accepted in Islam.

  • Could some one tell me what exactly a Nasheed is?

  • THIS IS NOT A NASHEED its music!

  • @0999benne

i hear only dfoof (a kind of drums) is legal in islam. in rasoul sallah Allah a'alaihi wa salam when he went to Madina they sang talaa elbadru alaina with dfoof.

  • Whats Name- 1-nasheed??

  • what iz the 2nd nashid called brother jazakalla

  • can someone name these two?

  • What is the 1st nasheed called? Thanks Masha'allah

  • Ala Yalla Bi' Nadrah..

  • wind and string instuments are haram WIND AND STRING!!!

  • what is the name of the nasheed

  • Some say music is allowed, some say only some is,some say only some instruments are, some say only the voice is and some say all production of tones is haram. But it cannot be any of these except the first one,the ezan is called out as a melody with an important message.

  • @YouShouldBeSpankful

"some say"?? It does not apply to Islam because it will be considered Bidda. Only follow Quran and the Sunna.

  • The words "instrument" and "music" aren't even mentioned in the quran even once, and the quran is a direct guide through life so what is there to forbid about music if Allah s.w.t. didn't forbid it?

  • @YouShouldBeSpankful

concerning music.... lets analyze this issue from Quran and Hadith of Rasulullah (saw). In Quran, Allah says to Shaitan "provoke those who you will be able with your voice". Ahl-Sunnah scholars that clarified the ayats of the Quran said "sot ash-Shaitan ghina" - "Voice of shaitan is music". The Sahaba- Abdullah ibn Masood and Abdullah ibn Abbas swore by Allah 3 times that music is haram. cont..

  • Correction,Abu Bakr is to have said "Musical instrument of Satan!" twice according to a hadith, and this is mentioned once or twice. He said this when two girls were singing to Muhammed s.a.v.s.,that would mean the voice is haram, but how do you defend the ezan then?

  • @YouShouldBeSpankful

If we will leave out the Sahaba's interpretation, then whose view we should look up to? SubhanAllah isn't it the worst of misleading fallacy to leave out the clarification of Sahaba and take the opinions of those who lived couple centuries after them? Akhi.. read Surat al Qiyamah. One of the minor signs of the approach of Judgement day is when musical instruments and music will be found in every home.

  • I do not trust anyone's interpretation other than the original quran from Allah s.w.t.brought to us humans by Muhammed s.a.v.s.

The sahabas just wrote it down, what could they possibly already know about islam that Muhammed s.a.v.s. didn't?

  • @YouShouldBeSpankful The Prophet saws forbid it clearly... It's simply HARAM! Musics defines your feeling... It's unatural... It's away from Islam. So brother... You don't need that. I'm now more happy without music and see things clearer (more real) that earlier.

  • @enter08com

I don't believe music is haram unless it is calling for any form of chaos or sin.

As for feelings, your feelings are bound to be changed by pretty much anything sooner or later. So why not try and get someone in a happier mood with happy music when they're sad, would that be haram(as it is sunnah to smile)?

  • @YouShouldBeSpankful The main reason is because the Prophet saws fobid music. Other reasons are the you don't need music to be happy. Love to Allah swt is the only thing which is important and for a muslim enough. You admit that music makes you happy.. Why do you thing there is something more except happiness for a few moments. (I have examples) Why do you think music or TV is even invented? The better question is BY WHOM!?

    Sallam

    p.s.

There is not enough space in the heart for music and Allah!!

  • @enter08com

But music is not competing with Allah s.w.t.,that comparison alone is haram enough to seal the deal for one as fuel for gehenna! :P We are encouraged however,in the quran(this means it may even be farz/obligation), to sing the praises of Allah s.w.t.

And our dear prophet Muhammed s.a.v.s. did not forbid music nor singing in general unless it is preaching against Islam. Also,he "forbade" excess entertainment,i.e.: if u have stuff to do then u shouldnt waste time with entertainment.

  • @YouShouldBeSpankful Brother, don't get me wrong... But human voices and musical instruments are not the same. I like to listen to nasheeds (without music). But it's far better to listen the reciting of the Qur'an (for example R. Mishary).

There are several hadiths who claim that music is apsolutely forbiden. For example:

"There will be people of my Ummah who will seek to make lawful; fornication, wine-drinking and the use of musical instruments (ma`aazif)." [Bukhari]

    As-Salamu Alaykum

  • @enter08com

I agree, reciting the quran is the best =)

You forgot to mention silk in that hadith(just for the record).

The problem is that people have various interpretations, some go as far as to say that even voice is forbidden.Music is not as bad as alcohol or fornication,if it were then it would have been mentioned in the quran.

What is mentioned however is music and singing is haram IF it misleads people and mocks Islam.

  • @YouShouldBeSpankful

Muhammed s.a.v.s. never drank or fornicated did he?But he did listen to music and it is mentioned in the hadiths several times. So music can't be completely forbidden if even our dear prophet s.a.v.s. listened to it.But this is where it makes sense: he listened to music that did not mislead, just as it was ordered in the quran.

Music and entertainment in general is haram is it does mislead or block you from completing your chores.

    Wa Alaykumu Salam :)

  • @YouShouldBeSpankful

    sorry,typed wrong there:

    is haram if* it does

  • @YouShouldBeSpankful were did u get dat hadith from da prophet never lisn to music he warned of music there was an incident wear aysha(ra) was plying da duff its an instument dats the only instuments in islam is aloud. they wre to busy spreading islam not lisning to music

  • @YouShouldBeSpankful I know what you want to say. But today every song that is a bit popular is not just bad, but also satanistic. I've found a hadith that the Prophet put his hands on his ears when he heard music. And music in that time was not even close to this one. If the music of 1 or 2 instrument was haram, what do you is the music of more than 10 instruments. I'm not saying nothing againts these to nasheeds, but if we make 1 nasheed with 1 musical instruments then...

  • @enter08com

That's true, music has changed alot since then sadly.

An interesting thing I've read of in my former school, students found out that plants grow better in silence than if they are growing in a place with music, especially bad when they are subjugated to rock music, then somewhat better with classical music but none beat silence.

  • @enter08com Amazing! Wellsaid!:)

  • why are we the best umma(nation) the best nation out of all the nations ... because we call towards good and forbidd whats wrong :D he doesnt have to be a scholar to advice you ... he needs the bit of knowledge and backup of it in truth

  • salaams brothers. i agree with harods08. it is so easy to misinterpret hadiths and the quran so we should always find out what the respected scholars say before spreading "knowledge".

  • wa'alaikum salam

sorry I know this msg is not for me, but I just want to remind you..

as a muslim I try to do my best, because we just need Allah's pleasure..

    I don't care about other people's mockery.

Rasulullah said in the hadith that music is haram, so you can't ignore that..

may Allah guide and protect you

  • NB: this msg is for brother harods08

  • @789Peace .......You are wrong when you say (quote) "music is haram" (unquote).

Fatwa by Sheikh Muhammad Ali Al-Hanooti :

Islam permits singing & music under the condition that they are not against Islamic morals. Singing can be accompanied by music to create an atmosphere of joy & happiness, singing is recommended on festive occasions such as the days of 'Eid, weddings etc. The Prophet (pbuh) even listened to singing & playing on the drum as narrated by Aishah etc.

  • Translation of the first nasheed, pleeeeease!!! =)

  • asselamualeikum mein bruder im islam lieber achii ich weiss nicht wiso ihr das an die ummah immer wider weiter gibt du hast masha Allah eine gute apsicht gehabt aber man weiss doch das musik HARAM ist as.wr.wb.

  • this is 2 of the worst nasheeds ive ever herd why make A haram nASHEED is something wrong with only using your voice drums are haram with this

  • this is haraam but i believe that drums are halal.but i heard other insruments

  • Yes the drum or tongan is Halal but all other instruments are Haram.

  • the first one i mean...theres alot of versions for that qasidah..
