after you wash your hair .put it in one big briad and let it dry like that /thats wat i do

Yep!! You can dampen your hair and plait your hair into either one big one or a few smaller ones. Let it air dry/sleep on it and you should get small waves :) Also, you can blow them with a hair dryer (but thats heat) lol

@emljplvideos like she said, braid (plait) it when its damp, then let it dry. what i like to do is french braid my in to about 2 sections, but you can get a really cool crimped look by french braiding but with more sections, like i normally put about 5 or 6 french braids in and i have pretty thin hair, and it depends on what cut u have, because i have a lot of layers and it looks really cool.

and i also dont like using a lot of heat for my hair, and if i do, i blow dry, but rarely.

I suppose you don't have to but the crown looks better wavy and messy I think :) Also, if it falls out or when you take it out, you won't have half straight, half wavy hair!
