  • I tested my mum and dad with your workout, and asked them what was strange about the video. My mum couldn't find a thing wrong, and my dad said "there's something about his arm." And watched it over and over to find a fault. When I told them you were born a woman they were shocked, and mum commented that you are a hunk.

  • yes you can start with half the weight just make it light enough to get your muscles warm before you start getting into heavy. The point is to warm them up.

  • whatever you can do without losing your form, for 8-10 reps(what he said in the video). It depends on your current strength level. I believe I started at ten pounds years ago, moved very quickly to fifteen, then twenty, tweny fives, etc

  • Always start with a small weight to warm up. Then make sure you use a weight that you keep your form correct through the exercise that is the most important. Not how much weight you can lift.
