mam pytanie o tytuł lub chociaż wykonawcę utworu techno z początku lat 90'. utwór zaczynał się od IOAO IOAO a później następowały bassy. może ktoś pamięta???
This track makes me nostalgic, which is rather strange since I'm only 26 and therefore I missed out on all the action... It makes me want to turn back time and join the house scene in its earliest years. I buy tracks like this on vinyl, I play music like this an awful lot, however few people understand that. Damnit!
I'm not in the music business but I'm seriously considering producing tracks or otherwise throwing parties that celebrate this kind of house. Anyone care to join?!
@basdeb no problems for celebrations / parties, I bought these records as they were released back then … and I'm in the benelux … just msm me privey if your project is serious fun
Yeah.... I was #9500 viewer... this track is awesome.. reminds me of Old School times.. where just finding the party was half the fun... Thanks for posting.
im 16 years old, thanks to youtube, i have escaped the bad modern music industry roaming my high school ( in europe, im french ) to find all these amazing tracks, i guess im stuck in the wrong year !
90s house, weather its ny, soul , or french touch, is amazing.
All this stuff was being played on all the illegal pirate radio stations in London, England - 24 hours a day. All you needed was a cassette tape, and recording capacity on your radio. And you would all the best tracks over from the Usa and Europe. London, England was the best on the planet to listen to House and Garage music at that time. It was like listening to this Undiluted stuff from 1990 to 1996 on your radio.
It was illegal to listen to the stations. It was if you dj on them.
@redjam40 > Respect, springing casettes in. I also remember record shops (London) on a Saturday choc-a-bloc, I used to go in with my brick of a walkman and get the shop guys to listen to the radio show cuts, they'd stock up my pile of grooves to wheelbarrow home, nice.
@RetroSmooveHouse - Glad that someone else remembers those days back in the early 1990's. People really did love music back then. I mean really loved it, and didn't rely on on Music video's to guide them onto a particular style of music.
Dance music relied upon Pirate Radio, Specialist Record Shops and Club Culture to push its self that' why it was so good.
Record stores used to be packed on Saturdays - even named Dj's spinning tunes in these same specialist record stores as well!
this song is perfect for driving down the throngs neck bridge on a beautiful, clear night, looking over manhattan. :) the vibes really get ya when you're in new york ;)
The vocal is one of the sweetest i've heard. This tune means alot to me from back in the day. Some real sentiment attached to it. But on a strictly house music level-Beautiful!
my favorite early EB record.. even over the M2S ones... well, Sax in the Ozone is up there with this one tho. i like the ambient dub as well.
