ive been thinking about this recently and i was wondering, when the shit hits the fan who's gna decide the value of silver or gold?? surely people are gna be bartering with things they can use like food, water, stuff like that...i mean the only value metal has is the value we put on it so how is that any different to paper money??

Unless there is a cheap way to test for silver this never going to work. Fake are easy to press. Also the bible shit reference is a deal breaker for anyone that is not believing in fairy tells. It was already a mistake on the US currency, not learning from history only prove this coin is doom to failure. This will never succeed as currency.

pretty sure if it says .999 its not 99.9% its either 99.5% or 99.3%,if it says .9999 the its what you said,but who cares just keep buyin.good vid dude.

An alternate schedule for trading these is net spot plus some percentage of spot, rounded to the nearest/highest round 50 cents. There's a vid about it here on YT somewhere. =^[.]^=

I agree. They not only feel like real money, but when I show them to people, they often think it's money because of the ".50" on the obverse. I can't wait 'til all the other sizes come out.
