I would hope that maybe some of the cut elements could be used in a future game, or maybe even in a remake with optional 'alternate' routes. Either way, it is amazing how there was basically a whole other game cut from what we saw in the actual release.

Wow that was great was this in the PC version of the game? I know they cut a lot out of the PS/DC versions. I wish they would redo all the old games like they did Tomb raider Anniversary ,then make a new one to finally end Kain's tale.

The Priestess warn Raziel before going to the gathering to not trust kain when he was still a vampire but he didn t trust her and kill her.I have read that comic that was made to promote soul reaver 1 .

what are you talking about? sorry, it was not the Priestess but some kind of demon or what was it that came before Raziel, not the Priestess - she serves Kain after all. You are confusing two different characters there:P

The Priestess was Ariel that warned Raziel not to meet Kain at the gathering because he would betray him but Raziel didn t trust her and go anyway!!!!And then the cyrcle of fate awaits them.Remember that Kain is the scion of balance thats why he through Raziel into the lake of the dead.Because Raziel was his best friend he had to do it.Then Raziel finds the truth about the astral world but he is unable to defeat the elder god so he unites with kain.Before unites with Kain he unites with Ariel!!!

The only thing raziel was mistaken for was the savior of the vampires, not the scion of balance though.
