Two questions! :)

1)First you rotate your elbows outwards, then you stick up your shoulder, and then you rotate the elbows back in, and then you drop your shoulder, is that right?

2)Do you actually rotate your elbows back in without moving your hand, kinda isolating that rotation? because everytime i rotate my elbow my hand also rotates with it..
