At first I was really distracted by the (to me) strange way she moves around so jerkily but her words were interesting. A) That old research article on oxytocin has been questioned and invalidated many and many times with newer research articles, which makes its claims to have no value.

B) Oxytocin is a peptide HORMONE and not a pheromone, meaning that it has nearly zero affect if inhaled; your T-cells in lung will immediately destroy the peptide oxytocin molecules... This hormone is only effective if injected into the bloodstream. Now don't be stupid and don't try injecting the liquid trust into your blood!!

The only routes that Oxytocin can be used by are Intranasal (which is what Fehr used in his study), IV, and IM. Liquid Trust is based on hype and junk science (cherry picking findings). There is a company that sells an intranasal Oxytocin based spray that is close to the 24IU that Fehr used, but I don't want to be involved in promoting them. So Google Oxytocin, find out one's self, and make an informed decision.

In Ernst Fehr's study that you cited, he administered 24IU of Oxytocin, a level that "Liquid Trust" is absolutely nowhere near. Another fault in "LT" is its accessibility to the Central Nervous System and its ability (as well as Rx drugs) to break the Blood Brain Barrier or "BBB" as it is referred to.

Kate, good story... I would like to point out some info that you neglected or just didn't know to cover. Oxytocin is very real as you know, and from studies you cited, I would agree that this is a very promising direction of study. However, "Liquid Trust" as sold by Verolab is junk. It is junk do to its faulty delivery system. It is impossible for your system to receive anything close to the needed levels for anything to take effect.
