I don't know how to export quite yet but I'm sure I'll figure it out soon. As for how to make it move... its really pretty easy suprisingly enough. You just go to animation mode and click on the time line and change the time and then move the object to the position you want it to be in at that time. Then you rinse and repeat. The program fills in intermediate frames for you(which helps alot). You can then go under File and preview to watch everything you did. Hope that helps.

Tweening isn't a bad feature, but it should be used in moderation. I hate how 99% of Flash animation consists of tweens.
