Slice is great. He helped me tremendously on wrx a few years ago and I enjoyed hearing his voice. But this webinar is pretty redundant at times. Was hoping there might be more analysis and explanation of his students' action. I hope he gets his book out someday soon. I've been waiting in line to buy it for a long time! Thanks, though!
I went down to Texarkana a few weeks ago to see Geoff, and it was well worth it. If for no other reason than to see his dog, which is the greatest dog ever. As for the golf? He cannot teach you a swing in a webinar or even in 3 days. But what he did do was set me on a path to achieving a really good swing if I am willing to bust my ass....am I? We will see.

He could easily teach on tour, but that is just not his style. I can guaranty the only reason he is on this golf blog is because he was approached. Last thing, he is not tellling the how on here, because the how is already all over golfwrx. Read the encyclopedia texarcana it explains just about everything. What you are watching is what people get when they fly down there - basic golf school. Watch this and you will be way more knowledgable. Then go do some 9-3s. The basics are on youtube
I actually take offense to the trolls. You guys don't know Slice. He is one of the most humble dudes on the planet. He has written so much free advice on the internet and has not asked for a single dime. His personal email is posted and easy to find. You can email or call and he will get back to you, with ANSWERS. He has 0 ego, he just is confident in his approach. If he wanted to make money, he could be a douchbag and sold some "Hogan Secret" book for a few buck. But he didnt.
Clearly you use YouTube as a place to argue. You stated that he has no substance or proof of his methods. He has a proven history of producing top level competitive golfers at all levels. That's fact not opinion. There are a dozen teachers in your town with similar credentials... and you are scouring YouTube for golf advice?? I guess I'm missing your point.
While I understand the frustration of some of the posters, I will not question the methodology being used by Geoff in these vid blogs. I would like more "how to" as well, but I will not overlook the "why" he is providing. I am sure there is a reason and a method to the madness so I will listen and absorb what I can.
Thanks for posting these and I hope they continue. I look forward to anything that Geoff puts out there and I for one, appreciate it greatly.
I was not around when Slicefixer was posting on Golfwrx. I am not acquainted with his posts on the forum. But these "speeches" are just a conglomeration of ideas and theory. Just a waste of my time. They are designed to let the listener know that Slicefixer has the answers all are looking for. And he claims to have come up with a "method" that will solve them. Without substance, and unproven, mind you. To that I say kudos to him, well done.
I have to agree with the poster. Listening to these web whatevers are a waste of time. I realize he is a star on the golfwrx forum but in reality I have not seen much other than hype. Which appears to be more of the same with these videos. He definately is a very effective speaker and poster.
So the fact that he has students who have won tournaments in record setting fashion is not proof? The fact that he has a pretty solid list of D-1 college golfers playing around the country is not proof? The fact that he answers phone calls and emails from ANYONE, for free, is not substance? I see your point if youre looking for "how to" videos... not the point of the interview. You should contact him & hear what he has to say. You will be surprised when he responds unlike most egos out there
I am not an instructor. Just an average golfer looking to get better. i do not know Jones and have no opinion personally about him. Except for the fact he markets his wares at every opportunity. And based on his following on the Goldwrx's instruction forum, he has done it well. He seems to have filled his lesson book. i do not need to call him. There are at least a dozen of them in my little town with the same knowledge, or more. Minus his marketing skills.
He is exactly the same as 10 or so others in my little town. Change the wording around and there you go. As far as the internet forums go, I think a saying would apply: "In a blind world a one-eyed man would be a King".
So are you implying that the posts of these videos are merely a ruse to sell more books? Good shot at smack talk. Let me ask you a question. Doesn't the fact that you have a public blog and actively promote it on the golf forums with links to your "hot of the presses" content (with a donation button nonetheless) signal that your content is in fact FREE? If your intent ISN'T to help people swing a little better, then what is it?
Seriously? More of the same I guess with these blog posts. Plenty of Why but absolutely none of the How in any of these slicefixer vids. Isn't that what people are tuning in for...to learn HOW to execute the slicefixer swing a little better? Hats off to 'ya for getting slicefixer to share his knowledge, but goodness gracious, get to the part that gives your readers something they can use without taking the next month to post the remaining videos. Thanks.
@SuperGolfingDude sounds like you're looking for some free info. Do you want to learn the slicefixer swing a little better?? Wait for the book and PAY for it .
The trolls posting comments on this video are dbags. Thanks Geoff, and thanks Ralph for getting it up!

I have to respectfully disagree with you re. Geoff Jones (Slicefixer).
His instruction is very powerful and insightful. I've golfed since 1978... his stuff is the best I've come across.
Have you read his material?
Have you visited him and had a lesson?
Or did you just visit here looking for a quick tip? If so... then, no... Geoff is not for you.
If, however you are serious about golf and understanding the swing... learn more about his methods and reap the benefits.
