Well done, Keith! I especially like your point of separating low-income issues from communities of color issues, since there are distinct culture, access, and perception differences. I just co-presented with Antonio Rosell, a Minneapolis consultant, and Ed Ewing from Seattle and Anthony Taylor from Minneapolis at the national Safe Routes to School conference - they were all phenomenal speakers and Ed and Anthony talked about how Major Taylor programs are growing, up to 40 chapters in the US now!
