No me parece justa tu comparación. Para empezar, Forlán y Recoba (y Recoba y Suárez) juegaban en roles distintos. A Forlán lo hemos convertido en enlace a falta de otro, pero lo suyo siempre fue centrodelantero.
Pero la diferencia de logros entre ellos -para mí- está en la ambición o "hambre" de títulos, que sí tuvo Forlán pero de la carecía Recoba.
No me malentiendas, al Chino siempre le hubiera gustado ganar, pero no estuvo dispuesto a matarse por eso. Forlán sí.
Recuerdo que llegó a un INTER plagado de estrellas y si bien hizo magia no tuvo lugar así que lo cedieron al Venecia que estaba al fondo de la tabla del fútbol italiano y él solito se encargó de hacerlo escalar puestos jugando partidazos y anotando muchos goles...No se si alguna vez llegó a ese nivel en su carrera. @francismsantana soy un aficionado, italiano e hincha del inter. recoba tuvo la mala suerte de jugar en un inter que en cada temporada trocaba entrenador, y a recoba le toco cambiar de posicion en cada rato. cuando recoba en el inter jugo como segundo delantero (no sé si se dice asi, en italia decimos "seconda punta") tenia la media realizadora mejor de toda la "serie A" , es decir que de "seconda punta" nadie marcaba o daba "assist" como él. solo que a menudo le metian en otro sitio...
