as far as i know anders has always used standard tunings, when he was in at the gates he was tuned to B standard (BEADF#b) and while in the haunted has used D#, D and is now using C# i think, thats just from listening so i could be totally wrong.

I play this slightly differently it is just the intro that is different what are i think cos this is supposed to be played in Drop D because it had Anders Bjorler playing in this album

good question indeed. The Haunted has guitars tuned down to Dis. My guitars is permanently tuned down to D, ´cos of the Floyd Rose i don´t like to change it often. So I had to use a Capo on the 1st fret, which you can´t see cos it´s left outside. In most vids I use a capo.
