not a diesel, tiico inline 2 liter conversion. It is full time 4wd with a viscous coupling so it switches power to the front as needed. most figure it costs about 1 mpg and extra wear on some parts. some people add a decoupler to effectively make it part time 4wdand save some wear.
how does the syncro work? is it a permanent 4x4? i wanna know this because i wanna buy a t4 caravelle and i don't know if i would like a syncro because of higher fuel consumtion.thx
