She's trying to get food out of your finger. :) My conures will do it, too (gold cap and black cap). I could tell the first second you put your finger to the corner of her beak/mouth that she was eventually going to start bobbing her head. Look for videos of baby birds being fed, and you'll see a very similar bobbing motion.

It's a love thing....Charlie does this to me too....Look at my videos of my Jenday conure...Jenday's are just goofy.. .
