He was my Uncle and a great Ragtime player! I loved it when he would come to town to visit and play the local casino's. I wish he was still around. I loved his music and would listen to him for hours playing at my house on my mom's piano.

This is Ragtime..Bob played nothing after 1920! Stride came along for those who couldn't play Ragtime!!

He's playing a style called "stride" piano. !n the 1920's and 1930's if you were a piano player and couldn't play stride, you didn't work!
