@tcinpa37 i agreee with you brother, i bought an epi valve junior combo v3 with the speaker jacks in back (i live in a one bedroom apt) and plugged it into my peavey renown that i bought in 1983, two twelve scorpions, just once at practice to see what happens, and it blew away the drummer and the OD drowned out the rest of my band
why is it panned left?

gearmandude should do all his demos with a solid state amp so that us poor guitar players can really know what it sounds like
alterdcrash 2 years ago
If you're a poor guitar player, then you really shouldn't be buying $100 guitar pedals.
Save up a few hundred bucks, there are plenty of tube amps around $500 and less these days.

yea but 500$ tube amps arnt that big

If you're looking for 100watt tube amps to play stadiums then you're probably right.
Get a Fender Blue Junior. Less than $500. GMD uses them in his videos.
Ask yourself this question: how big of an amp do you need?

plenty loud though

Dude, 15-20 watts is gigable with a drummer. If it's not enough balls, mic it. Like McNulty says, blues junior, man. Or the new Vox Night Train.
tcinpa37 2 years ago
5 watts is enough.. just plug it into a 2x12 cab
and 4x12 for gigs!

@atli94
True enough. I jammed with my buddy and plugged a 5w Epi Valve Junior into a 4x12 Ibanez cab, and it almost crushed us.

you can get a decent little tube amp for 200$, dude.

Lo-gain setting sounded pretty good.

Its should be illegal to put the mpower jack s on the side, man that causes more trouble than enough lol.
Im not sure on this one, like you say its not overly fuzzy but I think there is enough fuzz their to put me off, im not a major fuzz fan.

DON'T CARE
WHAT YOU
DO WANT.
Saying the same cliche shit as half the internet douchebags when you see some gear you like does not make you cool. It makes you a fucking sheep.
How about, "This drive sounds sweet! And it's a pretty unique concept. I'm gonna try and get it on my board soon! Thanks for the demo, GMD!"
This way you would sound like an individual instead of a troll-tard who can't think for himself and has to parrot gimmicky cyber-cock phrases. Peace.

I was trying to be cool by saying that you sure caught me
