Now correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I read and from what I've seen in cutscenes, Sonic fights Tails during the Ifrit battle, Knuckles fights Rouge, and Silver and Espio fight Metal Sonic 3.0 (who does Shadow fight?), coz Tails and Rouge get brainwashed (if you're playing as Tails or Rouge, then it's Sonic and Knuckles who get controlled), so why is Sonic fighting Shadow instead of Tails? Can someone explain how it works to me?

The Ifrit was such an epic boss in this game :D All the lava bursting out made it even more intense Sonic Rivals 2 was such an awesome game much better than the first it makes me sad because the Rivals Series is underrated they could of offered more but it's still one of the great handheld games in my eyes I still loved it :)

The Ifrit holds a strong resemeblence to Iblis and the Ifrit in SATSR I really want a Sonic Rivals 3...2012? PSP Vita? HELL YES :D

At 06, when Elise blew the flame which is Solaris he ceased to exist, he doesn't exist in the world. So Silver's world was ok until Eggman Nega unleashes the Ifrit. So if I am correct, Silver's story is not screwed.
