No one said to be treated like you were still on the team, just have respect when you see old team members. If you aren't on the team, they can be rude. Trust me, they do not care...They have mega crossovers, they don't care as long as they win. Practice what you preach..Respect.
Is this team even Lvl 4 if you take the Lvl 5 people off it? it's easy to win in Lvl 4 when you have all the Lvl 5 kids in the gym circulating around onto the Lvl 4 teams. Whatever. Funny thing is that they wear shirts that talk about respect!!! But I guess its not true because they aren't respecting those who leave the team. People leave for all sorts of reasons, so why do the coaches need to make mean comments when they see those kids?

the flip is not illegal because the rules state that the girl flipping needs to be braced by 2 people, not 2 people on each side. and if you watch there are 2 preps one right behind the other, holding the hands of the girls flipping. its legal =) and pretty creative!
the first part of their pyramid is legal because it the person she's going over is at prep level and below but the second part is definitely illegal because a flip stunt has to be done with two people holding on and the last part is legal too because the bottom girl is in a thigh stand

the pyramid IS legal, level 4 does not specify where you need to "brace", as long as 2 people are touching. one brace hold a girls ponytail! my gym owner is the legality judge at worlds, this is one of those "gray areas" in the rules.
