Last year on 420 I was at major's hill in Ottawa, and cops were actually going group to group arresting people and kicking others off the hill... pathetic. Such a peaceful day and the authority just has to try and ruin it.

Last year on 420 I was at major's hill in Ottawa, and cops were actually going group to group arresting people and kicking others off the hill... pathetic. Such a peaceful day and the authority just has to try and ruin it.

this is the one day of the year where there are 5000 people and a lotta cops...but they are there to make sure nothing gets outta hand. half the cops are ex-stoners anyways. they will sit and have a convo with you while you are smokin a nice big joint.

Cops don't mess with the hippies at the park. They drive by, but for the most part, they don't arrest anybody. It's not like you can blow smoke in their face, but they know what's going on and they know that peeps at The Hill don't get out of order.

there are so many people there, and its san francisco, so yes. There are cops walking around the whole time lol they are really chill but the thing is, everyone is high as fuck and chillin so there is no problems.
