I absolutely hate those walking pushups too. Jillian has them on her other videos and I skip them and just do jump n jacks or skip rope while they are doing them to keep my heart rate up. I need to do that 8 min abs thing. I saved it before when you mentioned but I HATE ab work so much!!! LOL

You know whats a good warm up work out ? Leslie Sansone's Walk away the pounds.. I have her DVD and its just walking in your living room but with certain moves that help warm you up for your real workout. I used to to that video for 30mins then I would do Jillian Michaels video 30 day shred and it's REALLLLLLLLLY good. You'll see results !!

LOL @ 4:35 break out in song and dance. It is great that you take time to do this for yourself. I am happy you are starting this before you have children. As woman we put everyone first. Once you have (a) child(ren) you won't even realize how far back you place yourself. You go girl. Once agian one of my YouTube sistas is inspiring me to make it happen!

I have big breast so my body also deposits my fat on my upper back so i have fat rolls and hate them lol. But Ive been workin out like a beast. Thanx for showing me it was possible

Haha this is so funny! I do the same thing when I'm working out in my living room. Instead of using water bottles I use marinara sauce in the jars hahaha
You know whats a good warm up work out ? Leslie Sansone's Walk away the pounds.. I have her DVD and its just walking in your living room but with certain moves that help warm you up for your real workout. I used to to that video for 30mins then I would do Jillian Michaels video 30 day shred and it's REALLLLLLLLLY good. You'll see results !!

Question: When working out at home do you where shoes? I also do Biggest Loser (oh and I hate that part too, where you have to crawl onto the ground and back up, ugh) and now just started Hip Hop Abs.. I feel I need to wear shoes, but then feel I look silly...I might just stay barefoot...lol...

Ok! after dilly-dallying all day, i am now sufficiently inspired enough to get up and do my TaeBo. also, with discipline i can do that 20 min ab routine with it too ... prolly not everyday tho. lol.

a little tip, if you should feel like you need to eat something, then try a piece of fruit or a slice of wheat toast with peanut butter. it won't leave you feeling stuff at all.
