tony tint will dry out ur lips. So i recommend using bourjois rogue high tech instead. it appears more natural on lips and wont dry out ur lips. Anyway u should use lipbalm before applying anything on lips

@rinakanishi My lips don't look like her lips (at 2:15) I use Tony tint, and no matter how I apply it, my lips turn out to be really red (like they r bleeding @_@) Will my lips have that same color if i use bourjois rogue high tech??

@theblackmoonofghost It depends on how you apply it and what color you chose. There are two colors of tony tints: apple red and cherry pink. Preferably to get a shade like the girl in the video, I would use cherry pink and dab three dots on the lips and blend it with your fingers. Of course, use a lip balm before doing this so it won't be so drying. Hope that helped :)
