@vomit49894 there was that concert in Chicago where the kids got trampled, I think in '78 or '79; a lot of hype went into building up that show, corporate sponsorship and whatnot. It's fresh in everybody's mind when they're putting together a punk band. The Who had some awesome stuff, but they fell to the corporate machine later on.
I don't know a whole lot about Danzig. I don't know a whole lot about The Misfits or any of the other groups he's been involved with. I don't pretend to. The songs of his I do know, I like. Mike Maldanado's part in Welcome to Hell is arguably my favorite skate part ever, and London Dungeon is a big reason for that. But more to the point, I can say that this guy gives a great interview. Some people are total dicks when asked questions, but he's honest and genuine. Interesting.

@homelesspoet For the past 500 years most every advance in science or humanitarianism is questioned or attempted to be subdued by the religion, particularly the Catholic Church. If Christians believe so strongly in the power of prayer then why waste time going to a doctor? Jesus didn't know what germs and bacteria were .. he knew less than most 9 year olds do about science and health.

They now make up 15% of the US population but the way.. they used to be a much lower number but science is overtaking superstition with some of us. Non-believers are way underrepresented in prison populations ? Only .002 of the prison population. Non-believer do good and live lives without heaven as the carrot on the stick. All valid studies show their morality is as high as believers. Find me one that doesn't.
