eureka moment on the slice the beef while frozen to get it thin. I will have to get some supplies and give this a try, it certainly looks good, and I have one of those mandolin slicers that I could use.

@leenzyan As are the onions, and that's quite the load of sugar, but you must always take recipes with a grain of salt.
