Closely listen to an Inception dvd made prior to the January the 8th Tucson shooting, especially around the dialogue, "Do It." Check my quotes for more information.
Anybody else notice that in the first clips the car doesnt have headlights? i take it that was just for daylight practice and qualifying but im surprised that the rules didnt make them keep the same bit within reason.
Such an awesome race. Also, little known fact, that Mazda MXR-1 is really the Jaguar XJR-14, just rebadged as a Mazda and run by TWR. All those F1 derived 3.5 liter engines made a noise the diesels of today never will.
@TheCarlsonsRaiders was jag in the ford group then? i know ford has always givin mazda a considerable budget on motorsports just woundering if mazda was shareing components from the jags.
Le Mans really stopped being good when Group C died and the Diesels started to dominate and such. Back in the 80s and 90s the cars were fast, light and awesome!
@TheUnforgiven1995 That was alright, but the fact that none of those were really GT1 cars kind of ruined it. They were prototype just like the Audi R8 in my eyes.
You didn't see the Gulf Astons, the ground-shaking Corvettes, the glorious Spyker or the unforgettable Panozes. It may not have been Group C, but you've missed out. It's brilliant at the moment - and even better as soon as those diesles go (and they should be uncompetitive come 2011)
The Peugeot 905 is one of the best looking race cars ever !! Just bought the very impressive Spark 1:18 scale model of it , the 1st GOOD model of this great car. Thanks for putting this video series up , I wiped my copies of this years ago :-(
the only real legend of le mans besides the GT40 will return to le mans to claim the title back in its own home country. Peugeot 908, i hope it will be a great successor of this 905.
the Peugeot 905 is my favourite le mans car of all time and it was a reliable car aswell winnin le mans 2 yrs running and in 1993 it had a 1-2-3 which is amazin
How symbolic this miserable weather is for the miserable 1992 year what became the last season of the World Championship.

I all fairness, in '93 they didn't have too much competition - Group C was pretty much dead by then...

The Peugeot 905 was a monster. The ULTIMATE machine at that time.

A year earlier though, they failed to even pass four hours, while the Jaguars cleaned up the Sportscar Championship
