Can someone help me, I've done all the zones on the main land and i did the turtle one, i still only have 5 coins and there's no where else to go. I think i have to go to the moon but how in the crap do i get there? thanks.

So...you're fighting a giant octopus inside a whale which in turn is inside a giant turtle....makes sense.
