Blaster's are a lot of fun. I think the reason why it didn't beat the kawasaki is because the first two gears are so close together. You have to shift immediately to 2nd, and then to 3rd and you lose ground with those two shifts. I wonder what the real reason is why they banned two strokes. The blaster and the banshee were awesome bikes, it's sad that they are gone.

the blaster is 200cc and the kfx700 is 700cc. The blaster is a lighter 2 stroke meaning more power, especially during higher revs in its "sweet spot". The four stroke will put out more torque in the lower revs. the big difference is the 500cc difference between these two machines. clearly the 700cc would win in the straight away right from the take off. but put these to on the track and it would be a fair match especially since the blaster is about 300lbs and the 700cc is about 450lbs i think.

ny brite force 750 hhits 72 ish .its bone stock. could go way faster. kfx is faster. my uncle has one. id say around 75 easy stock. over 80 modded

the blaster didnt do to bad atall, for a 200cc engine although its two stroke it would equal abotu 400cc four stroke. so it did pretty damn well agains a 700cc beast.
and the power band on, man its awsome.

my friend had a 125 yam he drag raced it against my raptor 660. of corse i stomped it the next year he got the 250 what he loved way more and that could almost keep up with me now he has the 450 what is just insane compared to the other two. i havent raced that yet but i know i will loose when we get to.

The Blaster has an FMF SST exhaust with a K&N air filter and a 260 main jet.
The KFX700 is stock engine wise.
