You know someone told me something funny about this scene when they are doing the setting up until the fire it reminds me of captain planet Earth, Fire, Wind, Water, and power of heart in the middle it would have been hilarious if a guy coming flying out yelling captain planet and destroyed the rock lol they told me that and I really really laughed thinking about it

Also, Tiny Lester does a REALLY surprising job as The President. Hard to believe he was in the WWF at the time as a pro-wrestler.

I think it would have made the movie even better if she died right after sending the light beam. It would have been even more heroic and Corbin saying he loved her would have been more meaningful because it would have been the last thing she heard. I almost sense the ending with her and Corbin the chamber was "tacked on."
