All you have to do is update to firmware 4.0 with waninkokkos update (remember to have ios60 installed) after that you installed ios60pached.wad and you are set. Now you can play your WADS from your SD CARD.

When i got my wii wads from homebrew, i downloaded like ten games in a row, but when i went to my home screen, it said that my wii ran out of space, so i had to go to data management and put the wii wads i got from homebrew channel to my sd card.

it should have a number and then a letter

example:

4.0U - American

4.0E - European

4.0J - Japanese

if u have the problem i think ur having its either 1 of 2 things u cant install the twilight hack on a 4.0 wii however there is a different exploit called bannerbomb that works with 4.0/4.1 if u have wii 3.4 or lower than make sure u delete ur save data in twilight princess

You have to delete a few files in your SD card. The files you used to hack wii try to load everytime you go to the SD menu so delete them.

to downgrade you need to use "IOS Downgrader" thats why i said to look on google. Don't be afraid to do stuff to your wii, you're only messing around with IOS, not installing BootMIi or anything, i doubt you'll brick your wii.

I hax my wii up to 4.0.. only becuase My wiispeak stopped being recongized in my accf.. i had no idea what as wrong with it.

After I got my wii to 4.0, i updated my Speak channel, and was able to use my WiiSpeak..

IOS60 installer has IOS60 and 61 available to install on it. Only install 60. Not 61 and not the latest shop channel.

I have already installed VC channels into the Wii.

But I have the problem that once I copy them to the SD card, I cannot launch them from the SD Menu.

you shouldnt update... you should use "WiiUR" to remove the update from the iso, after that burn the game like you normally do.. then the newly burned game wont ask for an update anymore.

My fake wii game has a warning that updating the game to 3.3 might disable PAL disc games. (Spiderman WebOfShadows) but I still got to play Spiderman.

1- install them via wad manager to your wii

2- go to wii options into channels and choose MOVE game from wii to sd

3- now the game can be loaded from sd menu

The fix was to use the IOS60 installer. Fixed my baby up good as new.

Ocarina doesnt work correctly anymore, but my library of VC games makes up for that.

Using ocarina for fun is cool, but using it for actual cheating is fucked up, so im not really at a loss.

the big thing that sucks though is that i got rid of DVDx (don't as why, its embarrassing...although i'll still probably tell you) before i updated, now i can't reinstall it
