@JoaoMario24 - have you ever wondered what the 1 and 2 next to the D on your automatic selector is? You can still downshift an auto manually with those. Actually, I agree with a couple of other comments - HANDBRAKE!

@JBofBrisbane Yes, try shifting down to 2 while downhill at 60 - chances are you'll destroy your engine, gearbox and it won't help much.
