I can't get over the high cost the city spent hiring a private security firm for the strike. It would have been cheaper for them to not axe the PRB's for New Hirees (Post Retirement Benefits) and avoid a strike entirely.

I hope the Mayor and Council learn how to better avoid and handle strikes. It is part of their job after all.
