True a rybalko is a D. But a rybalko implies that the skill was caught in Double L (also known as eagle) grip. He grasped in mixed grip which is only valued C.
The difference in the D-score given and the D-score you calculated is there because at Nationals this year USAG decided to give the boys 'bonus points' for doing harder routines. A stupid idea IMO but not much can be done now.
BTW, thanks for all these vids. They are really helpful when I don't feel pulling my book out and figuring it out.

Ohh, my bad. I always thought that rybalko to mixed was D and to eagle was an E. My mistake!

Thanks. That's a little ridiculous though. I remember how confused I was when David Sender got a 7.5 on vault D-Score.
