Just got off the phone with one of these clowns. He tried to send me to "support.me" which brought up that same support page and tried to get access to my computer. My PC is only 3 weeks old with proper antivirus and mal-ware protection and is used only for school. Random Middle Eastern person who doesnt' know my name calls me, tells me he magically received notice of "infections" and needs full control over my system. Seems LEGIT.
Exact same woman talked to me just now! Troll the shit out of them. I said that i will call back and they gave me their number. 001888757560 and 0041335333224 from what they displayed on my screen.
Those ppl could have fucked up my alienware! some guy named Ron Watson who also seemed to work for them talked to me casually while controlling my computer .they tried to sell me some Silver plan for 360 dollars and some gold and platinum options with AVG antivirus software.
I had a call last summer from someone saying the same thing. I asked a few questions, like where are they calling from? And why would someone supposedly from Sydney Australia be calling from Microsoft, when there is a Microsoft Canada office here in the Toronto area? They said they never heard of Microsoft Canada. Eventually when I started laughing at them (as obnoxiously as I could) they said "fuck you, and fuck your mother!" I laughed harder.

They called me and my mother countless times, and finally one time when they called my mothers house. I was there so I answered, and I did not use a few strong words, I completely unloaded on them. Amusing thing is everyone I talked to with the same last name as me in the small village I live in had the calls stop right about that time.
These people (I use the term lightly) keep calling me, today at 1pm, last night at 10pm, and 4 days ago, when I called the SFPD and filed a complaint. Today I called SF ABC "7 on your side", I was told that the person taking my complant had just had the same complaint about this Scam being run Worldwide. Just google Microsoft Phone Scam, and you will find a ton of complaints about them.

I keep getting calls from 011...no kind of legitimate number at all. I told the guy to go fuck the cow outside his house...to fuck his mother until he came in her mouth...etc...I got quite graphic with him. He wanted to continue arguing with me...asking me to do things to my computer from a strangers phone call...what a joke. I've called Verizon, my cell-phone company, about these calls, as well...this asshole is a mess.

AWesome job! It's always nice to see scammers get scammed themselves! I got one of these calls today (which is what lead me to this video). I just got snarky with him, but I figure if they call again, I'm going to ask them to call my other phone, seeing as the battery on my cell is about to die, then give them the number to some telephone 'dating' line or something.

I had a call from these muppets this afternoon. had a laugh turning them in circles for half an hour to include an echo on the line, a couple of hang ups i finaly told themm that "MICROSOFT DO NOT MAKE UNSOLICITED CALLS" The silence was deafening lol.

I let them get as far as connecting to my computer and every time they gained control I cut them off and said something strange happened... It was funny watching them franticly trying to move my mouse around the screen... I know how it works because I use the same software
