i have the SAME knee problem. it runs in my family, we don't have a ligament that holds our kneecaps into place, so pretty much they pop out all the time and its really freaking annoyingly painful. my mom just had surgery after years of putting it off but my cousin & i have idiot doctors who reccommend physical therapy cause we're so young to have surgery. pt makes it worse! i totally know what you're goin through dude.

That's worse than my problem...dislocated my knee twice and the second time I broke a small piece of bone off my kneecap so I had to get surgery for it..The grove that my kneecap sits in is shallow or something so it slips out easily :( Hope that you get your knee problem fixed, whatever it turns out to be.

A friend on mine had surgery on her knee for the same reason. After physical therapy you have to keep going to the gym and working out your knee, otherwise the problem will come back.
