In Germany the first L4D got the same kind of censorship. Fuck even the Half-Life 2 Episodes got the shit treatment. Gore censorship has a long and tragic history in this country. That's why i only pick up import versions from either UK or Austria anymore.

2:10...about the censorship in this game, It doesn't effect your gameplay...you are basically doing the same thing gameplay wise as in the original uncensored version, which is blasting infected...

What it does effect, is what I call the immersion factor, with all the gore gone the player is pulled out of the experience and left with a game with zero immersion, which is zero fun, but the gameplay is the same, how can it be different, the gameplay is just point and shoot!
