  • get a good ass backpack and put at least 40 to 50lbs or buy a weight vest i stay with the backpack tho lol

  • bar work is where its at son! combined with some burpees and some cardio work out, you really dont need a gym membership unless your trying to scope out honeys.

  • anyone can do this after a few months. i remember when i started to do pull ups i could only do 2-3 sets of 10's. after a couple months i was doing them like ez people were like damn you make em look hella ez.

  • I respect this. I am just learning to appreciate the bar what its good for. The Gym is boring like watching paint dry...watching ego gronk dudes get they're swell on. Im not into it at all anymore. I job around my block and make a circuit out of what I find to work on. Bring a pack of rubber bands.
