Great to see this. Is there any chance you could post more scenes with Philip Quast. I do appreciate you might not want to post the show in entirety. Thanks.
Viva La Evans ! Currently kicking up a storm as La Desmond in Sunset Blvd in London ! A much greater talent than the over rated Paige and LuPone put together dears ! x
hey can you please put on see the future.. i have the soundtrack somewhere but seem to have mispaced it =O and i just love john barrowman, and that song!! thanks x
Thanks so much for putting these up. I've been listening to my copy of the soundtrack constantly since I got it a month or so ago. It's really great to see some bits of the stage performance, especially since the soundtrack doesn't quite tell the whole story. If you're inclined to post more, that would be wonderful. :D
I just finished the "American" version of The Fix and we performed the show using "First Came Mercy"..."Mercy Me" was an optional number, you could do one or the other.
In the American script for The Fix, Grahame says one of my favourite lines ever during this song.
"Look, I hate to be the one to break it to you, Ms.Peron, but your moment in the spotlight is done. Get your ass off the balcony." And then Violet says "It's not over till the fat lady sings." I love that part hardcore. XD
You have the American script of The Fix? So do I! :D I am sad that they changed First Came Mercy to Mercy Me though. I've never heard the American production, but I can't see how that song flows as well. I'm not sure though... Is it still the First Came Mercy music with different lyrics or is it a completely different song?
I have the American script and a London one dated:
First Rehearsal Draft
4 March 1997.
I love my Fix scripts. I haven't heard the American production either, and I've wondered that as well. In any case, I like the lyrics for First Came Mercy more.
This show....it is too brilliant for words.

Will there be any more Fix vids coming? I'd love to see 'Two Guys at Harvard' again.

Is the whole show done from behind bars?
sorry if this is a stupid question.

It's not a stupid question.:) It is sadly all filmed behind a grated railing of some sort.

Oh, and I love that line too. I mean, Evita references in The Fix. Brilliant.

@AplsHottie And then he replies with, "So take singing lessons. It's important to have a hobby."
