In order to induce breeding you will need to cycle them. This means mimic the conditions they would be subjected to in the wild, which is almost impossible to do indoors unless you leave a window open year round (especially in the winter to cool them down).
Its rarely happened where Tiger salamander have bred in captive enviornments especially in a terrarium as you have them in. Basiccally theres no way they know its "breeding season if they live inside a tank their whole life. It can get expensive to attempt to breed Tigers and frankly not worth it because chances are they wont. Nice terrarium tho.
