  • do a wheelie

  • Will it blend?

  • wear roller blades while riding

  • 1) its cool! but will it blend?

    2) I could wheelie that bad boy

  • where the fuck can i get this

  • This reminds me of General Grevious's bike in Star Wars except this one is smaller and looks less awsome.

  • but will it blend?

  • i want my own mono cycle so badly!!

  • Is that thing street legal?

  • Now put guns on each side

  • can u ride in it upside down?

  • right now put on your seatbelt and jam the front brake! would love to try one of those..

  • did u make it or buy ?

  • imagine being on that when the tire blows 0_0

  • it looks cool but very unstable. in theory the faster it goes the more stable it should be

  • @2009whatayear True, but the more power there is the harder it would be to ride. You'd hit the gas a little too hard and find yourself doing flips inside of it, lol.

  • wheelie =P

  • The music was approprite !

  • how much was it to build one of these?

  • try it wearing rollerblades. That might help.

  • That is awesome

  • Brilliant.!! Anymore coming out of your shop?

  • Looks like a swell way to "F" up your legs.

  • Honestly if you wore skates you could keep your feet down and on the ground to maintain stability.

  • Wack on the brakes at a stop light end see what happens ass over head.

  • There are some pretty significant issues with the monocycle design. One problem is that when you slam on the breaks, it doesn't stop, you simply become part of the wheel.

  • mitionary position.

  • It's like a sming at the first part

  • he keeps his feet on the ground maybe he can get some heelys to work with that1 :))

  • im planning on building one for myself soon :) so far i have materials for the frame and the engine. anyone have any suggestions for how big the innertube/tire should be?

  • not safe, and not very smart,, funny maybe

  • Is that an "It" like off of South Park? LOL

  • LOL YEAH.

  • pretty fucking stupid and a huge waste of money if you have to drag you god damn feet all the time

  • it should be in the shape of an oval not a circle. this circle shape is not safe for high speeds because the person might start to tilt upside down. an oval shape will keep the rider level at all times.

  • if that is the case then you would need a track of some sort rather then just having an outside wheel.

  • @Vloddamick yeah you're probably right.

  • Oval's are not energy efficient. Essentially, the variable slope of the curve will cause the frame to absorb rotational energy at the top of the front and bottom of the back of the oval, about above and below the focii.

  • @cypherdtraitor you could be right about that. i suggested to oval to keep the rider from "rocking back and forth" as they ride the monowheel. but maybe an oval would be more troublesome than a circle. so how do you suppose the cycle should be built so that the rider has a safe and stable ride (i don't want fools to be flying down the street upside down at 100 miles an hour endangering everybody as they try to "pull off a stunt")

  • By having a rotating disc above the monocycle (gyroscope), the monocycle would be more stable. Though it now would not lean but by altering the torque on the gyroscope the direction of the monocycle could be altered.

  • That is a brilliant idea. I was going to suggest the same thing, but I couldn't figure out a good configuration for the gyroscope. Mounting it on top would help keep the monocycle stable, and by sitting a large gyroscope in a shoulder socket, it could also stabilize side to side.

  • @tutumaShell

That's basically how they work already. The weight of the wheel is enough of a gyro and leaning exerts force on the axis which is shifted 90 degrees by the gyroscopic effect thus steering the monocycle. Bicycles are stable because of the gyroscopic effect of the spinning wheels in much the same way.

  • @473NG3R...The reason for a second gyroscope, ther first being the wheel itself, is to keep the rider inside from rocking up and down.

  • wat the heak is that

  • How much are those?

  • 8,500

  • if u put on some roller blades it might be better

  • lol, true, but then it wouldnt truely BE a MONO wheel, right?

  • Getting out will be funny :D also, he needs his feet to aid in stopping (otherwise he will roll on hard braking, and fall)...

  • its called mono WHEEL

  • WOW How Dumb . . .

  • you need heelies.

  • 1;10 is funny

  • hey the bhigenneing helariouse man good vid ohh yah and that monocycle looks mini...great vid

  • ... mr. garrison had something like this

  • I know what's wrong with those bikes..to make them DRIVABLE you need to put a weight on the upper part of the frame..a weight wich can lean to the left if you wanna go left..and viceversa ;)

I can make a simulation to prove my point right if you want ;)

    lemme know ;)

    btw..nice design - keep it up :D

    Best Regards - Adrian :P

  • make one hah

  • you're not the video owner...but if you want to see a monocycle simulation I can make it without any problem :)

lemme know if I have to ;)

    regards :)

  • please do :)

  • I will ;) I'll let you know ..when ready I'll post a video on my channel ;) in the meanwhile you could check my other stupid sims :D

  • the pendulum effect would make a swinging weight pretty damn unstable, unless you are talking about something controllable mechanically which would only serve to make it extremely top heavy and therefore unstable anyway......

  • are you a physicist or an engineer ? I know what I'm talking about..and I know it works...I never talked about HEAVY things..obviously..everything needs to be calculated on PAPER first...so..no one knows if it must be heavy or not unless we got some prior data to study on..

anyway..the concept is the same even on a bicycle..just lean your head , the bike will lean accordingly...try it on your own and let me know.....

  • put a good gyro on there and it would be as stable as a rock. Try doing that with a pogo stick.

  • Not being nasty...but isn't the idea behind a motor vechicle is to "save" on shoe leather LOL.

But still interesting idea, similar to the big ones they had back in the 30's.

  • my neighbors look at me funny when i ride my unicycle.... imagine what theyd do if they saw me on that lol.

  • Why doesn't anyone use the foot pegs?

  • I did when I first took off, most of the time I leave them down ...so the crash don't hurt as bad!

  • You know what? That is a good call. I thought you had it mastered. looks like it!

  • its cool,

but can you drift on it?

  • I drifted into a ditch...if that counts!

  • is the song but styx or journey or niether?

  • styx

  • really cool!!

  • Looks like he need some roller skates on too

  • you are crazy...i want it

  • ill backflip in that

  • it looks like the machine mr.garrisson build in southpark :D

  • southpark ftw

  • lol do a wheelie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • u cant it has only one weel

  • Lol he was joking.

  • How fast can they go?

  • on eBay i found one 1000 pound but not sure in dollar if u r american - and they go at 20mph

  • could you tell we where to buy one, im thinking about getting one depending on the price

  • where did you get it and how much did it cost?

  • You could of fed 100's in childern in africa for the cost of that thing...

never mind it is pretty cool, i think you made the right choice

  • they have aids anyway.

  • Lmao.

  • If those guys had wheels in their shoes and had something on their shoes to brake with, that would be a lot easier to control. That looks really fun.

  • that thing is freakin awsome

  • man that would be a bumpy ride

  • man i want one

  • its a "monowheel" not a "monocycle" still its awesome i want one of those!!!!

  • i want one how much did that cost

  • 8,500 new.

  • wear some skates save your shoes.least untill you work out the balance.cool toy though.

  • heely's!

  • no.

  • heelys pwn :P

  • awsome man did you build that?

  • It was built by Mr. Mclean. He has a V8 model that's awsome.
