Goes to show.. 70s was the best decade in music: just the right amount of technology to capture the talent of an artist but not so much where the vocals are engineered to sound not like they really sound. Musicians were obsessed and passionate with their songcraft - and not afraid to take chances or break the rules. Today, artists are too concerned with playing it safe and producing songs too derivative on what already exists.
