It looks like you had trashed preferences before launching Final Cut Pro the first time... but not the second... In the first run - from 24 seconds to 40 seconds FCP is profiling for RT Extreme Performance... Which doesn't happen the second time... You need to do the second run again, after trashing preferences - and - as Chloiber pointed out - restarting the machine...
@Chloiber not exactly, cause most likely his ram already meets the requirements of that drive and is not that big of an influence, hes testing his program boot speed on that drive since it has 4gb of ssd built it compared to a regular one.

He changed the HARD DRIVE.
He not only had to reboot, he had to reinstall/and or restore a backup of his system.
At least _TRY_ and think before you post.

Erm...you need to reboot between 2 tests if you want to compare it. In this test, the RAM has MUCH bigger influence than the actual Drive.
