Well this is quite narrow minded and ignorant, it ignores white people. There are non white areas, especially in America where white people aren't welcome, only blacks.

It's how the world works, everyone is racist. People think if you are not white, you are not a racist... well sorry but that logic is ridiculous. You don't need to be a specific race to be a racist.

Everyone is a victim, and yes whites are too ignorant pigs.

I'm not saying it justifies racism however whites not being welcomed to a black neighbourhood IS an example of racism and evidence white people can be victims of racism too.
